Coffee Cup Conversation: Michael Davis '07, New Sector Alliance

Michael Davis is a Program Associate in charge of recruiting and performance management for New Sector Alliance, a nonprofit leadership development and consulting firm located in Boston, MA. New Sector structures substantive strategic projects with Boston-area organizations focused on social or environmental impact, and equips young talent to complete them through their year-long Residency in Social Enterprise and their 10-week Summer Fellows program. Prior to joining the New Sector staff, Michael completed New Sector's Residency in Social Enterprise, through which he designed and implemented evaluation strategies for Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University.

The USMC will be hosting a leadership series event at Yale featuring networking opportunities with current and former Marine Corps officers, the debut of a short Marine Corps Officer Candidate School film as well as an address about leadership and life after the Corps from a former Marine Corps Officer.
